How to reset the power station when over-load protection?

If your device watts is beyond the 2400W, it will trigger over-load protection. Please press the "Circuit Protector" Button on the side of the battery to reset the power station.

How to keep this product when it is not used for a long time?

If the baftery is to be unused for a long time (more than 3 months), please recharge it every 3 months to keep the battery power above 50% if you don't use (it's recommended to check and charge every 3 months). Store it in a dry and cool place with temperature range between -4°F~140°F, and humidity 20%~85%RH. Avoid contact with corrosive substances, and far from fire and heat sources

Like the generators wish they would hold a charge a bit better and longer The one unit 2048 will only run my 5000 btu air conditioner for about 3 hrs and doesn't really make the air overly cold. Is the air unit to big for this generator?

Review of Our Largest Solar Generator Yet

This is our fourth solar generator, and it’s the biggest one we own—a massive 2,400-watt-hour unit. We started with a 300-watt-hour model, then upgraded to two 1,500s, and now this beast.

What I Love
Retro Design – The 60s sci-fi spaceship look is awesome.

Powerhouse Performance – The 2,400-watt output handles almost anything. With our 1,500-watt models, we’d occasionally hit limits, but this one powers through.

Expandable Capacity – You can add extra batteries to go beyond 10 kWh, which is incredible.

Portability – At just under 50 lbs, it’s close to the OSHA max lift for one person, making it manageable.

RV Plug & Compact Stacking – The RV outlet is a huge plus, and the battery packs stack neatly for a small footprint.

What Could Be Improved
Solar Input Limitation – Only 500 watts max? That feels low, especially when competitors like the Oupes Mega 2 (2,500Wh) support 2,100 watts of solar input. With that much input, you could run a space heater indefinitely without draining the battery—something this unit can’t do.

No Dual-Linking for Higher Output – Some brands let you link two units to double the output (e.g., 4,800 watts instead of 2,400). That would be perfect for running multiple appliances—like my 10 beef freezers during a power outage. Right now, I’d need five of these just to handle the startup surges.

Battery Pack Cables – The cords stick out awkwardly instead of lying flat, which isn’t ideal for keeping things tidy.

Noise Levels – When running a space heater or charging at 1,500 watts, it gets LOUD—almost like it’s about to launch into orbit!

Final Thoughts
No solar generator is perfect, but despite its drawbacks, this one is a solid 5-star unit for its power, expandability, and design. I bought it mainly for its RV plug, manageable weight, and stacking capability, and it delivers where it counts.

Overall satisfied with power station and solar panels. Haven’t tested all functions yet but initial firing up and charging went well. Fit and finish is nice but backside edges do not line up well and looks pushed in. Happy with the product and purchase.
