Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing ALLWEI products! We are committed to providing high-quality products and services, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and convenient return process. Please carefully read our refund policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 Hours of Order:
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Before Shipment:
    • If the order has been placed but not yet shipped, you may cancel it without any additional fees.
  • After Shipment:
    • If the order has already been shipped but you still wish to cancel, we will deduct the round-trip shipping costs and a transaction fee of 2.6% (for credit card payments) or 3.6% (for PayPal payments).

 

30-Day Hassle-Free Return

You can return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  2. Ensure that all accessories and original materials are intact.
  3. A valid purchase receipt and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number are required.
  • Non-Quality Issue Returns:
    • If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer will bear the shipping cost. We will refund the product amount once we receive and verify that the product is undamaged.
  • Quality Issue Returns:
    • If the product has a quality issue, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a free return and a full refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us via email support@allweipower.com providing your order number and the reason for return to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Follow our instructions to properly pack and return the product. Make sure all components are intact.
  3. After receiving and verifying the product's condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 14 business days, please contact us via email.

Repair or Replacement Policy

ALLWEI will repair any product with defects in workmanship or materials free of charge during the applicable warranty period. The repaired product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. For products requiring shipment for repair, customers must bear the shipping costs incurred after we receive and verify the product is in good condition.

90-Day Exchange Only Policy

  • Under our 90-Day Exchange Only Policy, you are eligible to request a Class A product replacement for the PPS300, PPS600, PPS1200, PPS2400, and B200 Pro within 90 days of the purchase date. Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement to your designated address.
